Bob Totten's Spitfire GT, a replica of the LeMans car. It's used for SCCA autocrossing and Triumph club events. It's a '64 Spitfire, really a '73 Spitfire 1500 drivetrain and chassis modified to Production rules. The body is from a '69 GT6+ with a dash from an early Spitfire installed, gauges located in the center of the dash. The bonnet is a fiberglass replica of the LeMans bonnet. The car is barely street legal and was registered for about the first 3 years, this past year the car was trailered to and from events. Bob was the 2002 D-Modified points champion in the New England Region SCCA Solo II Series with this car.
