We had 16 Triumph racers haul their cars to Mosport, plus Dave Hagenbuch from The Roadster Factory who brought the TRS. (Front row, #25) The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The folks at VARAC who worked on the Vintage Festival did an outstanding job. The Canadian Hospitality we received was nothing short of first rate. The Mosport staff could not have been more accommodating. The track, well, if you have never driven Mosport, you are missing out on a real treat.

To the Triumph racer and fan, the event of the year in 2002 was SVRA's Mid-Ohio. In 2003, that event will be the VARAC Vintage Festival. The Vintage Automobile Racing Association of Canada holds this annual event at Mosport, in Ontario, Canada.

The Friends of Triumph are hoping to get at least as many Triumphs on track as we did in Mid-Ohio, where we had 55 on the grid. We will be seeing a repeat visit by our friends from England, where there is now a waiting list to see if racers can fit onto the transporter!
