What:     The All Triumph 50th Anniversary Race

When:    June 14 -16, 2002

Where:    Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Lexington, Ohio

This year is the 50th anniversary of the Triumph Sports Car, and the Friends of Triumph are answering the call by organizing the premiere Triumph event in the United States. With the help of the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association we are attracting the majority of the Vintage Prepared Road Race Triumphs in the US. Everything from TR2's to TR8's, Spitfires, GT6's, Vitesses and numerous Triumph powered Specials will be in attendance.

If you have never been to a Vintage Race event, this is the one to attend to check it out. The SVRA always gets several hundred cars, everything from Minis to ground pounding muscle cars to open wheel formula cars. There is plenty of great  racing to watch and great places to watch the action.

The word of all our fun leaked across the pond and we have several racers from England planning on bringing their race cars Stateside and joining us in the fun.

The Grand Marshal of the event is none other than Kas Kastner, the man who wrote the Competition Preparation Manual for each car. Numerous Group 44 cars and drivers are planning on attending.

This is an event that any diehard Triumph fan needs to attend. Visit our links below for more information.
